How Pain Is Good for You
Believe it or not, pain can be a good thing. It’s an emotion that we cause with our thoughts.
When we pause to consider that it’s our thoughts causing our pain, we get the opportunity to explore and figure out what is running in our minds causing the pain.
That’s the magic of pain. It gives us the opportunity to process, heal, and learn more about ourselves.
Don’t be afraid of pain. Feel it, be curious, think about it. It’s our most important teacher.
