Feeling better is not about where you work or where you live. It’s about your mindset. Even if you move or change something, your brain is still going with you.
Address your mindset first, slow down, and then make your decision.
Make your decision because it’s simply something you want to do, not because you want to feel different. Then follow through and do it.
After that, you get to own the decision and feel great about it.
